For High School Seniors

SPEND THE SUMMER WORKING WITH LEADING BIOMEDICAL SCIENTISTS:

This annual program is designed to encourage graduating high school seniors to explore

careers in the field of biomedical science. Selected students will work in biomedical research laboratories,

assisting with research in areas such as:

*Biochemistry

*Cancer

*Cardiovascular

*Computers in Biomedical Science

*Dermatology

*Diabetes

*Endocrinology/ Hormones

*Infectious Diseases

*Kidndy & Liver Diseases

*Genetic Disorders

*Mental Health 

*Molecular Biology

*Neuroscience

*Nutrition

*Pediatric Diseases

*Perinatology/Neonatology

*Pharmacology

*Respiratory Diseases

Dates: Monday, June 20, 2011 through Friday, August 12, 2011 

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Amount of Money: Fellows will receive a stiped of $2160
