TORCHBEARER'S FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship Criteria and Application

Scholarship applicants must meet the following criteria, then complete and submit the

 following items.

1. Must be a graduating high school senior and accepted by an accredited college or university.

2.Must have demonstrated a willingness to make a positive contribution to their

community.

3. A wallet size photograph of yourself (attached to your application). Photos of

scholarship recipients will be displayed in our scholarship fundraiser souvenir

program.

4. Must submit official complete high school transcripts, including SATll/ACT scores.

5.Must complete scholarship application with a brief biographical sketch

including career goals. (Typed on seperate page)

6.Must have two (2) letters of recommendations. One (1) from a teacher or

Counselor, the other must not be related, or relative of applicant, nor a

member of this chapter.

7. Must meet deadline March 21, 2011 (No hand or email submissions will be

accepted).

8. Must be available for personal interview on April 9 or April 17, 2011
